Eligibility for Refunds

• You may request a refund within 11 calendar days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwritten in, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds will not be granted for any items that show signs of wear, use, writing, personalization, or damage not caused during shipping.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at [your business email] with:

• Your order number

• Reason for the return

• Clear photos of the product, if it arrived damaged

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
