Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO) using USPS or FedEx, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Our goal is to make sure every service member — no matter where they’re stationed — can access our planners.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within of 3–5 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We currently ship via USPS and FedEx, and delivery times may vary based on the carrier, your location, and any seasonal delays. APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take a bit longer depending on military mail processing.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes. You may request a refund or return within 11 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your items must be:

Refunds are not available for items showing signs of wear, writing, personalization, or damage bot caused during shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing your order quickly, so cancellations or changes are only possible within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you made a mistake (like incorrect address or item), please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@trooptransitions.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging each product, but if your planner arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@trooptransitions.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly. If damaged is confirmed, we will replace the item or provide a solution at no cost to you.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please review your address carefully before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error right after placing your order, email us immediately at hello@trooptransitions.com — we’ll try to update it if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or there was no error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trooptransitions.com so we can make it right.

Our Transition Planner is the Troop Transitions flagship planner designed to guide military members, veterans, and their families through the complexities of military transitions. Its structured, all-in-one tool that helps you organize your medical, housing, finance, employment plans and more. With dedicated prompts, 6-month roadmap, it’s your personalized guide for moving forward with purpose, confidence and clarity.

Open Door Policy is our podcast dedicated to share real, unfiltered conversations about life in the military. It’s a space for everyday service members to share honest, relatable stories - the funny, surprising, and challenging- that highlight the realities of military life. Will you offer products that aren’t just for service members or military affiliated personnel?
Yes - eventually. While Troop Transitions was built to serve service members, veterans, and military families, our long-term vision includes expanding into stationery and planning tools for a wider audience. Some of our current products like the Flex planner are already versatile enough for anyone to use. As we grow, we plan to introduce more general-use planners, journals, and stationery that support all types of life transitions, not just military ones.
Will you offer more than just transition planners?
Absolutely. As we grow, we’re committed to expanding our product line to support a wide range of military experiences — not just those transitioning out of service. That includes planners for retirement, chaptering, intra-service transitions, and career shifts within the military. We’re also developing reflective journals and memory-keeping tools to honor every stage of military life, both in and out of uniform
