Because transition is more than a moment, it’s a Journey.

Our story

Troop Transitions was born from my own experience after serving 10 years in the Army. When I began the process of transitioning to civilian life, I quickly realized how overwhelming it could be—not because I wasn’t prepared to take the next step, but because the resources I needed just weren’t there. While the Army offered general transition programs, they often lacked the personal, detailed guidance I was searching for. I knew other service members were facing the same challenges, and I felt called to create something that could truly help.

That’s how Troop Transitions came to life—a brand built to support every step of the military journey. From day one in uniform to the moment you hang it up, our planners, career guides, and memory journals are designed to provide clarity, confidence, and connection. Whether you’re navigating promotions, preparing for separation from the military or capturing your favorite moments along the way, our products offer real-world support, rooted in service and created by someone who’s lived it

Made with purpose

At Troop Transitions, every product is designed with intention. We believe that structure and clarity are essential during seasons of change—and our planners and accessories are built to deliver just that. Whether you’re transitioning out of service, shifting roles within, or planning your next step, our tools are here to guide you.

Rooted in empathy, organization, and empowerment, our brand exists to honor your journey. We know what it feels like to stand at the edge of something new—and we’re committed to creating resources that help you feel confident and supported, no matter what your path looks like.
